Anchorage
A four-time All-America City, Anchorage is located in south-central Alaska just west of the Chugach State Park. Eagle River
The city of Eagle River is located on the Eagle River, just north of Anchorage, between the Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson and the Chugach State Park. Best known as the host of the annual five-day Bear Paw Festival, Eagle River also serves as a regional hub for shopping, dining, and recreation. -
Mat-Su Valley
Located roughly 35 miles north of Anchorage, Alaska, Matanuska-Susitna or Mat-Su Valley has become one of the most alluring areas to live. In fact, Mat-Su Valley real estate has always been in great demand, especially for the nearly 11,000 residents that commute into Anchorage for work. -
Palmer

Cooper Landing
Cooper Landing lies along 11 miles of the two-lane Sterling Highway in the heart of the Kenai Peninsula, approximately two hours south of Anchorage. Situated on the banks of the Kenai Lake, Cooper Landing (also known as “The Landing”) is surrounded by lush, green forests; pristine mountains; and sparkling waters ripe with fish. A tiny town of approximately 300 people, it is best known for its summer tourists; majestic, rural wilderness; and world-class, Kenai River salmon fishery. -
Joint Base Elmendorf-Richarson (JBER)
The combined Joint Base Elmendorf-Richarson (JBER) is located on the southern coast of Alaska, approximately 2 miles northeast of Anchorage. One of only 12 joint bases in the country, JBER is home to the 673d Air Base Wing, the Alaskan Command, the United States Army Alaska, the 4th Brigade Combat Team, the 3rd Wing, the Alaskan NORAD Region, the Eleventh Air Force, the 25th Infantry Division, and the 2nd Engineer Brigade.
