Eklutna Inc. began developing Powder Ridge in the late 1990's. The subdivision has developed with vision and guidance, and the final phases should be built out in the coming years. 
Powder Ridge is located at the North Eagle River interchange, just minutes from downtown Anchorage. Powder Ridge is now in Phase 5/6 of the development with Phases 1-4 completely finished. Powder Ridge is an established neighborhood that many people know of and it has become a destination for many new Alaskans.
